Garden Groove

Garden Groove, the new release by Bangkok’s boy-around-town Motley Flower, is a sugary and nostalgic ode to innocent love and the safety of intimacy. His debut EP—available on all streaming platforms today—is a collaboration with Cherub, the award-winning electro-pop duo from Nashville. Each track on the release is full of dreamy, glittering melodies, warm guitar lines, and comfy beats by Bangkok’s own Bossa on The Beat.

Motley Flower, otherwise known as Nick Supreda, is the founder of Blaq Lyte, which started as a tiny Bangkok bar in 2014 and has grown into a series of venues, festivals, and events that have put an indelible mark on Thailand’s cultural landscape.

“Seasons Change” was the lead single for the project, a sunny ode to a new infatuation. With his heart on his sleeve, Motley professed his feelings hoping they’re mutual with some charming sing-song courtesy of New Jersey’s Gothic Tropic.
